Job Description Manage end-to-end import and export processes for critical parts, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Utilize SAP for logistics operations, including tracking shipments, managing inventory, and processing documentation. Apply expertise in Harmonised System (HS) coding to classify goods accurately for customs compliance. Oversee bill of landing, commercial invoices, and shipping documentation to ensure smooth clearance. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to expedite shipments and minimise delays. Monitor and resolve customs clearance issues, duties, and tariff classifications. Ensure adherence to global trade regulations, import/export licenses, and compliance requirements. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in logistics coordination, import/export, and international trade, preferably in a high-stakes or regulated industry. Strong SAP proficiency, particularly in logistics, supply chain, or materials management modules. Deep understanding of HS coding, bill of lading, customs clearance, and international shipping regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate customs challenges, documentation issues, and supply chain disruptions. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.
