About the Role
1. Deliver specialised psychological clinical and consultancy services to consumers with severe and complex mental health issues in a CYMHS setting) in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
2. Provide clinical advice and direction to a team of child and youth mental health clinicians to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
3. Develop, monitor and report on clinical practices and professional service outcomes for the Child and Youth Mental Health service through the collection, analysis and reporting of relevant data, key performance indicators and outcome measures.
4. Demonstrate clinical leadership and expertise obtained through significant professional development activities, post graduate education or formal qualifications and actively pursues development and learning opportunities, including contribution to training of psychology and other health professionals.
