The team works collaboratively across the branch and divisions within the agency to be informed and deliver on an integrated response to the wellbeing strategy. The Assistant Director Staff Wellbeing is responsible for overseeing the development and integration of wellbeing and has experience managing a team to deliver the department’s service strategy relating to employee wellbeing.
