Brisbane IT & Telecomms Business Analyst National/Reputable organization Hybrid working Contract role with possible extensions The Role: We have a brand new role for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a significant Customer Identity and Access Management Cloud Platform Standup, Enablement, and Migration project. You will work closely with Project Managers, Change Leads, and Business & Technical Subject Matter Experts to deliver a seamless solution for the migration and enablement of a cloud-based CIAM platform. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with PM, Change Lead, and Business & Technical SMEs to ensure successful delivery of the CIAM Cloud platform Own and manage the delivery of functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment and defining clear documentation Facilitate reviews and endorsements of deliverables according to the project delivery plan Manage CIAM migration processes from on-premise to cloud, while ensuring smooth web and mobile customer journeys and experiences. Use Jira and Confluence for managing requirements in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Key Skills Required: 5 years of exp in a Senior BA role Strong experience in Identity and Access Management projects Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with global stakeholders Familiarity with identity attributes, attribute mapping, and data privacy Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Exceptional documentation skills and ability to clearly communicate technical concepts Knowledge of CIAM’s impact on customer journeys across web and mobile platforms Experience in the financial services sector, particularly Insurance.
