This is your opportunity to join in a hands-on Finance Manager role and play a crucial part in shaping their future.About the Role:Reporting to the Director of Finance and Legal APAC, the Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the ANZ business, driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity for a proactive leader who enjoys getting hands-on with numbers and guiding a committed finance team through change.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the month-end process and close approval – providing support and guidance to the Finance team as required.Provide support to the Finance Director for Annual Budget and Quarterly forecasting.Operational accounting and financial functions including cash flow management, monthly FP&A tasks for regional and global reporting, Tax Return / FBT management, and Audit Control.End-to-end financial management (AP, AR, Credit, Financial Accounting, FP&A, Cash).Mentor and develop the Finance team, promoting a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.Lead internal compliance efforts and manage relationships with external audit partners to ensure financial integrity and transparency.Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes within the business to Leaders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organisational improvements and achieve cost efficiencies.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field required with a supporting CPA/CA qualification.Proven leadership skills with the capability to mentor and develop a finance team.Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop and implement innovative financial strategies.Advanced analytical and forecasting skills, with a focus on financial modelling and data-driven decision-making.Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and expertise in utilising ERP systems, such as Pronto.What We Offer:Competitive salary package + Bonus (up to 15% based on business performance).Thorough induction, including in-depth product training and hands-on experience with our barbecues.Flexible working arrangements: Work from home up to two days a week.Onsite car parking.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Be part of a supportive, customer-focused environment, where every day is different.How to Apply:To ensure a fair and equal process, all applicants are required to apply through appropriate job board channels.
