Medical Oncology Specialist
We are seeking highly qualified Medical Oncologists to join our growing team at SASH Cancer Clinic.
About SASH
The Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH), Australia's largest privately owned referral and emergency network, was established in North Ryde, Sydney in 2007. We provide care to over 50,000 patients each year and offer a wide range of specialist services including Anaesthesia, Avian & Exotics, Cardiology, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Medical and Radiation Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pathology, Diagnostic Imaging, Reproductive Medicine, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation, Surgery and Emergency and Critical Care.
Our Oncology Position
We are seeking two additional Medical Oncologists to support our highly committed clientele using empathy, compassion and best practice to deliver gold standard care. You will be supported by a team of Medical Oncologists, a Radiation Oncologist, Interns and highly skilled nursing and client services teams.
Position Details
* Full-time, permanent role across a 4-day week based in our North Ryde team, with occasional support required on an as needs basis, to our other Sydney based hospitals.
* We would also consider a part-time opportunity for the right person.
* Relocating to Australia and not sure about a long term move, we are open to considering 6-12 month contracts.
About You
To be considered for this position, you must:
* Value a hospital culture of inclusivity, empathy and teamwork.
* Be eligible to register as a veterinarian in Australia.
* Be qualified as a specialist in Medical Oncology Fellow (ANZCVS) or Diplomate (ACVIM, ECVIM).
* Candidates who have completed an approved training program, but are yet to finalise exams, are also strongly encouraged to apply.
