· Tasks and Responsibilitiesinterpreting architectural

legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety· arranging submission of plans
to local authorities· building under contract, or
subcontracting specialised building services· overseeing the standard and
progress of subcontractors' work· arranging building inspections
by local authoritiesRequirements· Bachelor degree or higher
qualification· At least five years of relevant
experience· High level of computer
literacy, Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint· Excellent safety, work ethics
and communication skills· Sound professional engineering
knowledge to identify and resolve issues· Effective leadership and people
management skills· Sound negotiating skills and
extensive experience in negotiating within a contractual environment· Ability to work autonomously
within a team environment
