Your role with us:
Join the FIA Award winning team in this newly created role and focus on growing and nurturing Anglicare Victoria’s profile within parishes and community groups.
Your passion for parish and community fundraising will turn into tangible outcomes for vulnerable Victorian children and families by building, connecting, developing and facilitating key relationships across the parish and community sectors.
How will you make your mark?
Sound understanding of donor lifecycle, particularly related to parishes, focused on multi-channel marketing.
Continuously improve donor experience and engagement to increase lifetime value.
Demonstrated industry experience in fundraising best practice related to community giving and apply these insights across donor journeys.
Work with the marketing and media teams to identify stories and content required for parish donor journeys.
Willingness to work at events (both Anglicare Victoria and across the community) at evenings and weekends as required.
How we measure success:
Increase engagement of active parishes to Anglicare Victoria through donations, volunteering and partnership practices.
Manage acquisition through to retention, focusing on parish acquisition and conversion.
Develop and coordinate donor related activities such as engagement related communications and digital marketing assets.
Remuneration and benefits:
Total remuneration package of $84,059 at full time. (please pro rata for part time hours).
Part time hours, 4 days per week, 0.8, 30.4 hours.
Hybrid working to meet your needs and those of our team. Both office days at Collingwood and work from home days offered.
Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus a Meals/Entertainment benefit so you keep more of what you earn.
