About the role Based at our North Ryde head office with hybrid working options, The Infrastructure Support Engineer will ensure the seamless operation of CSR's IT infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. The role involves providing expert support for IPTEL, network, security, Windows server environments, and data centres. Responsibilities include resolving incidents, proactive system monitoring, managing upgrades, maintaining documentation, and supporting infrastructure-related projects. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, the role demands strong technical acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive approach to improving CSR's IT environment. This role will be a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months commencing asap. What you'll bring: Previous extensive experience in a Infrastructure Support role - ESSENTIAL Experience within a medium – large organisation - ESSENTIAL Previous experience supporting MS operating systems - ESSENTIAL Min. 2-3 years' experience in networking, IPTEL technologies and Citrix Solutions – DESIRABLE Understanding of the Information Technology functions Understanding of the Information Technology policies, systems, processes and procedures Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills - ESSENTIAL Strong technical acumen Excellent conflict resolution/problem solving Establishing effective working relationships with others What we offer We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
