Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HSE and HR Advisor, located in Armidale, NSW.
The HSE and HR Advisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and programs.
Additionally, the role involves managing HR policies, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing various HR management functions.
Qualifications
Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Knowledge and implementation of HR Policies Understanding and application of Labor and Employment Law Experience in Employee Relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications or degrees in HR or related fields are a plus Experience in the building or construction industry is advantageous Seniority Level Entry level
