Mills Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced Engineering Planner to join our client's project team.In this role, you will support the project's feasibility study phase, manage the control schedule, conduct look-ahead meetings, and provide critical path analysis.Our Client Our client, a global leader in project management, engineering, procurement, and construction, is engaged in a Feasibility Study and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) scope.This project encompasses both greenfield and brownfield developments, including earthworks across challenging terrain, new crushing facility construction, and transmission line installations.About the Role As the Engineering Planner, you will maintain the feasibility study control schedule, oversee look-ahead meetings, and conduct schedule analysis and critical path reviews.You will develop and maintain the baseline schedule for the execution engineering phase, managing schedule integrations, work logic, and recovery plans, and evaluating subcontractor schedules for optimisation.Your efforts will be key to keeping the project on time and within scope.Responsibilities Develop and implement an Engineering progress and performance tool for the Execution phase.Ensure the project scope aligns with all schedules.Integrate interdisciplinary schedule requirements to establish logical work sequences.Coordinate work sequences with the project plan and activity durations for engineering tasks.Create job/hour expenditure forecasts and person-hour curves.Update schedules with actual and forecast person-hours regularly.About You Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of work experience.Proficiency in L1, L3, and L5 schedule development.Prior experience with subcontractor schedule deliverables and execution plan impact analysis.Strong communication skills.Advanced knowledge of EPCM processes Proficient in Primavera and other industry-standard planning tools.If you're ready for an exciting new opportunity, please apply now!Please note: Candidates must have full working rights to work in Australia.
