About the role
We have an amazing opportunity to join a BRAND NEW store location for Michael Kors. We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who is driven, self-motivated and ideally has a clienteling background.
You will assist with the establishment and continuous development of the store team as well as optimised management of store image, product and operations.
Responsibilities
* Business Development – with a focus on key business strategy
* Team Management – motivating and developing the team
* Client Management – build relationships with our clientele
* Customer Relationship Management – manage customer database and in-store promotional events
* Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management, visual merchandising
This is a full-time, 38 hours per week opportunity based at our COMING SOON Michael Kors Harbour Town Adelaide store.
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years’ experience in retail management – premium/luxury experience is preferred
* Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
* Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
