We are one of the biggest physiotherapy clinics servicing the Great Southern, and the only clinic with its own hydrotherapy pool.
Our team offers a comprehensive range of physiotherapy services including sports, paediatrics, specialist hand therapy, musculoskeletal, antenatal and postnatal, balance and vestibular, chronic pain, hydrotherapy and pilates.
As part of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalised rehabilitation services to our diverse client base.The Role: Take on an existing, busy case-loadConduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plansDeliver physiotherapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation programsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated careMaintain detailed patient records and documentationContribute to the development and continuous improvement of physiotherapy servicesCandidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualificationCurrent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insuranceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with patients, families, and the broader healthcare teamExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to deliver tailored, evidence-based treatmentsCommitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care1-3 years of work experience as a PhysiotherapistWhat we offer:Competitive remuneration package, including base salary, superannuation, leave entitlements and professional development allowanceOpportunities for career advancement and specialisation within a rapidly growing organisationSupportive, collaborative team environment with regular training and mentoringFlexible work arrangements to support work-life balanceA positive work environment with a great team and plenty of social events throughout the year
