Key Responsibilities: Professionally managing inbound and follow-up calls, delivering expert product knowledge, and providing general advice. Identifying customer needs and coordinating handovers to Risk Specialists for personal advice when required. Managing the insurance quoting and application process for members, ensuring compliance across policies and systems. Achieving individual sales targets, contributing to team goals, and enhancing presence in the market. Education & Qualifications Experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services (desirable). FSR Tier 1 Accreditation (Life Insurance and Superannuation RG146). Skills & Knowledge Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Technical business development capabilities. Strategic and analytical thinking ability. Familiarity with the medical industry or Life Insurance sector (ideal). Comprehensive product knowledge and business acumen. Proven direct sales experience. Experience Demonstrated sales experience and a track record of success, ideally in the medical or Life Insurance field. Strong knowledge of the financial industry. Experience in membership services, particularly in medical indemnity or insurance environments. Communication management experience in sectors such as pharmaceutical, professional, or financial services.
