By joining our team, you will be part of a transformative effort to rescue and support children, ensuring they have the chance to live a life of freedom.About the RoleAs a Contact Centre Operator at Destiny Rescue, you will be the first point of contact for donors, building relationships and requesting donations to support our mission of rescuing trafficked children. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, follow communication scripts, and identify donors' needs, offering solutions where necessary.Your role will focus on:Thank you calls, donor journeys.Providing tailored solutions to address donors' needs.Building lasting relationships and engaging donors in our cause.Connecting with various groups, including government, corporate, volunteers, and supporters, to bolster Destiny Rescue's mission.Documenting all conversations and interactions in Salesforce.Meeting personal and team fundraising targets.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor records.About YouYou have experience in customer and administrative support roles with strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing. You're passionate about communicating a cause and have the ability to engage and inspire donors to action. You're familiar with CRM systems and can adapt to different personalities, ensuring each conversation is meaningful. You're organised, able to prioritise tasks, and manage your time effectively.
