Transport and Rail The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the operations, providing operational, compliance and advisory support to the operational areas of the business. Demonstrated experience in the supervision of operations within the Waste Industry is required along with formal training in Work Health & Safety. A team player with good communication skills to influence and engage audiences across all levels of the organisation in developing a safety conscious culture by modelling and complying with appropriate safety instructions and behaviours is fundamental. Capability to supervise change effectively, with good analytical and reasoning capabilities, demonstrated consultative orientation and efficient time management skills, to prioritise and handle several different tasks at the same time is critical. Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, with the added ability to operate and maintain computerised office information while adhering to the Company Management System is essential. A current and valid Vic driver's license and HR licence is required.
