The Role
Seeking a dynamic and seasoned Clinical Lead specialising in Intensive Care to join the Department of Health (DoH) in regional Tasmania. In this position, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Clinical Director - Acute Medicine, playing a key role in offering strategic leadership and direction. The focus will be on efficient resource utilization, seamless integration of services within the hospital, and attaining the highest standards of service delivery in alignment with hospital policies, service standards, and financial targets. This position is full-time day working roster, 76 hr fortnight commencing as soon as possible, with a 3-year appointment term.

The Facility
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) holds a CICM level 2 accreditation. It is recognized for basic, elective, and foundational components of ICU training, encompassing ventilatory, circulatory, and renal support. With a capacity of eight beds, including one isolation bed, the unit is dedicated to Coronary Care, Intensive Care, Surgical High Dependency, and Medical High Dependency.
