INFINITY WELLNESS GROUP is a group of pharmacies comprising compounding pharmacies (sterile and non-sterile), a community pharmacy, and a pharmacy within an integrative health practice.
We are hiring a full-time Compounding Technician to join our sterile and/or non-sterile compounding pharmacy team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Reporting to the Pharmacist-in-Charge, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing compounded medications (both sterile and/or non-sterile), maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also provide overall support to our pharmacists to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Skills & Experience:
Full working rights in Australia are essential.
Previous experience in compounding (sterile and/or non-sterile) is highly regarded but not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong ability to accurately follow formulation/recipe worksheets and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Good hand coordination and manual dexterity to perform compounding tasks effectively.
Familiarity with pharmacy systems, WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) policies, and aseptic techniques is desirable.
High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interact with colleagues, patients, and clients.
Willingness to adopt and learn new concepts, ideas, and procedures.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, including adherence to sterile technique protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately compound medications based on prescriptions following strict guidelines and protocols.
Maintain the cleanliness and sterility of the compounding workspace and equipment.
Perform inventory management tasks, including ordering and stocking raw materials.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all compounded medications meet required standards.
Assist pharmacists and team members in ensuring patient satisfaction and medication safety.
