A position has become available for a General Manager to lead our Castle Towers team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
About Castle Towers
Castle Towers is one of Australia's busiest centres of +116,000sqm GLA and 300 retailers, located in the Hills District of Sydney.
What We're Looking For
* Lead the centre through redevelopment and transformation as part of a significant Town Centre master plan.
* Partner with the wider QIC Real Estate team and other corporate divisions to add value to current and future strategic directions.
* Ensure the delivery of financial, operational, and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountability for ensuring compliance with regulation and positive audit results.
* Manage the centre to the highest possible standards of presentation and risk management.
* Develop retailer relationships to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes.
* Maximise strong financial returns, manage expenditures, rental payments and debtor's control, and implement three income generating initiatives.
* Manage the marketing function to ensure outperformance of sales and traffic outcomes.
* Attend as a Duty Manager on a rotational basis.
About You

* Exceptional communication and influencing skills will enable you to navigate challenges effectively.
* With prior experience as a Centre Manager in a regional Australian shopping centre, you will possess strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of retail lease legislation.
