Duties
To implement and manage appropriate learning programs for students and to assess individual student progress.
Key Responsibilities
The position will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs;
* Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction to meet the needs of all learners;
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional strategies.
Working Hours
The successful applicant will work 70 hours per fortnight.
Requirements
* Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status - Employment);
* Qualifications as established by the Tasmanian Industrial Commission in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award, 2005;
* Current certificate of registration or provisional registration granted by the Teachers Registration Board (Tasmania).
Preferred Qualifications
* Four years or more training as defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005;
