We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Domestic Sales and Marketing Manager - Gaming to join our team.
About the opportunity Reporting to the General Manager Gaming - Adelaide, the Domestic Sales and Marketing Manager - Gaming is responsible for driving the strategic direction and performance of gaming sales and marketing operations across Adelaide and New Zealand.
This role ensures compliance with Financial Crime and Host Responsibility requirements, leads initiatives to achieve profitability and growth, and fosters a customer-centric approach to enhance loyalty and business expansion.
Key responsibilities include fostering a collaborative team and positive workplace culture.
Managing effective operations with employees that understand the business drivers.
Developing impactful sales and marketing programs, participating in major marketing events, and implementing strategies to grow market share.
About you You are a seasoned sales and marketing professional preferably with experience in transforming and remediating gaming businesses.
With a proven track record in senior-level roles, you bring strategic expertise in executing sales and marketing strategies, business planning, and market activation to drive visitation and profitability.
Your management experience in casinos or sales, coupled with your ability to develop new leads and market intelligence, makes you a dynamic leader in the industry.
You excel at presenting sales and marketing concepts to key decision-makers and fostering an engaging, high-integrity leadership style.
You have 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Exposure to both Australian and international markets is highly beneficial.
