THE ROLE...
Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is largely responsible for building / construction projects across Canberra (ACT) and the South Coast. You will be responsible for contractor management including variations, on-site inspections, and project reporting.
FOR YOU...
As the Site Manager, you will work autonomously and effectively to coordinate and support dedicated and results-orientated Installation Teams. You will oversee the projects and ensure they are delivered on schedule and under budget, liaising directly with stakeholders and managing any contractors on site.
Your role will include:
QA inspections
Providing support to tiling and building supervisors
THE SKILL SET...
Builders Licence / Tilers Certificate / Tradesperson in the Construction industry
Drivers Licence
White Card
