If so, Albany Plaza Lotteries is reopening and we want you to join our team as a Lotterywest Sales Assistant!Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with lottery ticket purchases and queries.Sales: Operate the kiosk, selling lottery tickets, scratch and win cards, and related products.Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems.Maintenance: Ensure the kiosk is tidy, stocked, and operational at all times.Compliance: Follow Lotterywest regulations, ensuring responsible gaming practices.Requirements:Customer Focused: Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.Reliable & Trustworthy: Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to cash handling.Flexible: Willing to work various shifts, including weekends.Experience: Previous customer service and Lotterywest experience is preferred but not essential.
