What we are looking for:
1. Experience admninistrating ServiceNow ITSM, with experience of other SerivceNow applications highly regarded
2. Good troubleshooting skills and Javascript skills
3. Hold ServiceNow System Administrator or similar certification
4. ITIL certification
5. Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment with many stakeholders.
