About You :

Position Summary :
As an Early Career Speech Pathologist you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and implementing tailored programs for your clients to treat and manage speech, language, learning and communication disorders. This role works under supervision of experienced speech pathologists and collaboratively with registered music therapists and will rely on your continual learning and expertise in delivering creative, strengths-based, research-informed and family-centred therapy to clients, while enhancing clinical skills and delivering on clinical targets for the practice.

* Good computer skills required for the company practice management software

Job Responsibility :
* Adopt and embrace company values, leading-edge, music-based approaches and philosophy
* Contribute to programs of value to participants that integrate creative approaches and foster transdisciplinary practice
* Provide direct speech and language therapy, train and support clients to run goals and interventions under clinical supervision
* Administer speech and language assessments, develop and implement therapy plans for any speech and language referrals
* Monitor, evaluate and review progress and therapy plans
* Undertake appropriate professional development, including self-reflection
* Work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs
* Comply with all company policies and procedures
* A commitment to meeting client and organisational expectations
* Promote the company and its interests to the local and wider community
* Participation in professional development opportunities to support certification program requirements to maintain Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist status, or to support progression from Provisional to Full CPSP status

* Help to make our clinic a pleasant, safe and welcoming space for all
