Location Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AustraliaWhat you'll be doingOur Data & Integration - Data Analytics team at Atturra are now taking in Expressions of Interest for several Mid - Senior Business Analysts, specialising in SQL + Data Model and Power BI Report Development, for up-and-coming Federal Government contract projects.The ideal candidates MUST be based in Canberra and will be required to work on a hybrid arrangement at the client site (as needed) and or our Atturra office.Additionally, holding an active Baseline Security Clearance is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.Responsibilities:Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution. Identifies, evaluates, and recommends options, implementing if required. Collaborates with, and facilitates stakeholder groups, as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements. Seeks to support client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited.Maintains an in-depth knowledge of Business Analyst specialisms and provides expert advice regarding their application.Actively monitors for, and seeks, opportunities, new methods, trends, capabilities, and products to the advancement of the organization. Clearly articulates and formally reports potential benefits from both structural and incremental change. Encourages and motivates colleagues to share creative ideas and learn from failures.Identifies the communications needs of each stakeholder group in conjunction with business owners and subject matter experts. Translates stakeholder engagement into specific tasks. Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining, and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.This role requires a person able to work on-site at RAAF Glenbrook two to three days a week.
