About The Role
We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. You'll work closely with our product lead, engineers, and customers (lawyers) to create a game-changing product that reinvents legal workflows. You'll have full ownership of developing and creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for cutting-edge legal tech solutions.
You'll Be Empowered To
* Conduct and analyse user research to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
* Lead internal design workshops for collaboration and innovation
* Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, maintaining a component-based design system
* Design and implement experiments and user testing to validate and improve designs.
* Stay updated with UX trends and methodologies, especially in AI
We'd Love You To Bring
* 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI/product design.
* Expertise in user-centred design methodologies and Figma.
* Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong understanding of design thinking principles.
* An obsession with UX and continuous improvement.

* Experience in legal tech solutions or interactive tables
* AI knowledge
