For more information about our agency, please visit: About the role: The Salesforce System Administrator reports to the Salesforce Product Manager and is responsible for: Coordinating and delivering high-quality platform support and maintenance services across all South Australian State Government schools and preschools to ensure effective use and operations of the platform. Providing project associated duties including but not limited to onboarding new customers, obtaining technical requirements from customers, and planning, configuring, implementing and testing enhancements and extensions as required. Contributing to the delivery and maintenance of efficient work practices within the Office. The position will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts (SME) across the Department and internal technical stream leads and staff (i.e. in the areas of integration, data, user experience and customer support/service delivery) to ensure a high-quality contemporary Salesforce capability. The position will also be required to establish and maintain strong partnerships with external providers including Salesforce, implementation and other technology partners and providers. Key Competencies: To succeed in the role, you will have: * Demonstrated technical knowledge of, and significant hands-on experience with, the Salesforce platform, including maintenance, modification and implementation and ability to determine solutions with an understanding of how the platform fits into the digital architectural landscape. Proven experience in providing high quality customer service in an ICT environment, including responding to user requirements, resolving complex IT issues through investigation, analysis, research and consultation, preparing application and system specifications to meet diverse customer needs. Professional knowledge of ICT systems, including PC hardware, operating systems, cloud solutions, and application systems. Experienced in their development lifecycle, ICT analysis and design methodologies, and ServiceNow support procedures, practices, and techniques. Well-versed in the importance of standards across all areas of ICT application systems support. Well-developed ability to demonstrate high level communication skills in engaging, consulting and liaising collaboratively with stakeholders, responding effectively to diverse client requirements, identifying and analysing conflict and successfully negotiating complex and sensitive issues. Remuneration: Competitive salary $108,109 min - $116,864 max pa plus superannuation.
