Headquartered in Brisbane with more than 1,400 employees, it has facilities across 12 locations in Australia and Fiji.Voted HRD's Employer of Choice for the last 9 years, Data#3's culture is built on five core values; Honesty, Excellence, Agility, Respect, and Teamwork (HEART) and these values are integral to the way Data#3 works internally and externally with our customers.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our software licensing team in Canberra on a permanent full-time basis with hybrid work available.Provide support to Account Executives and Account Managers in achievement of sales targets through:Timely response to all internal & external queriesAccurate and timely preparation of quotations using Portal & other applications as necessaryAssist with sales proposal preparationAssist with input of Tenders as requiredPreparation of Customer price lists and distributionPortal pricing input and pricing maintenanceExamining back order reports and serving as the point of contact for addressing issues and inquiries related to order fulfilmentDevelop & maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders, i.e., external & internal clients, to ensure quality customer service ensuring long-term strategic customer relationships that exceed customers’ expectationsAssist Account Executives/Managers with forecasting, account planning updates, and debtor managementAttend trade and customer events where relevantSource, quote and supply products to achieve maximum competitive advantage and revenue to Data#3 and understand suppliers of preference.The experience you will bring to this role:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales administration or customer-focused support role, in an ICT environment. Microsoft experience is a must.Effective negotiation and problem-resolution skills to achieve positive outcomesDemonstrated work history of ethical business practiceDemonstration of IT product knowledgeIntermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including:Experience with MS Office suite products, particularly Word & ExcelExperience using the Internet.Effective oral & written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders.Please note that Data#3 will request, as part of the recruitment process, reference checks and verification of your right to work in Australia.
