With a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture, you’ll lead by example, guiding the organisation toward a future of meaningful workforce development and community engagement.The CEO is accountable to the Chairperson and Board of Directors for effectively managing the total organisation, including financial resources, overall performance and public profile. This includes the monitoring of budgets, implementation of strategic planning, leadership of staff and compliance with the relevant legislation.Day to day responsibilities will include:Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all statutory, legislative, and quality standards are upheld.Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans that drive growth and strengthen the organisation’s impact across the region.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with government bodies, community organisations, and private sector partners to further organisational goals and expand support networks.Operational Management: Oversee the administration of apprenticeship and traineeship services, ensuring high standards of training, compliance, and successful program delivery.Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.About youAs the successful candidate you will be an accomplished executive with a strong background in strategic leadership and financial management.
