About The RoleJoin our dynamic and close-knit team at our Launceston branch as a Customer Service Representative!In this role, you'll collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure that customers have a seamless and positive experience with InfraBuild Steel Centre.This is a customer-facing role, working Monday to Friday and provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their customer service and sales skills.Your responsibilities will include:Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in personBuilding and nurturing customer relationshipsMaintaining stock levelsProcessing cash sales, quotes, and ordersMerchandising productsReceiving stock and verifying invoicesIdentifying and maximising sales opportunitiesPerforming general administrative tasksOur ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales or customer service, with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems and offer customer solutions.To succeed in this role, you should have:Experience in retail customer service, sales, and administrationStrong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapportProficiency with Microsoft Office & SAP systems (preferred)Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholdersKey BenefitsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
