What You Will Be Doing The Service Manager - Medical Provider Relationships Team will be responsible for developing and maintaining deep, sustainable relationships with hospitals and medical providers to assist in the fast and safe return of medical information. These goals will be achieved through a relationship-based account management strategy, as well as balancing understanding of customer needs and goals with the headwinds faced by healthcare providers. Additionally, the Service Manager will lead a team of case officers focused on the quick and reliable retrieval of medical information for our customers and their clients. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing and executing UHGs Provider Relationship strategy, assisting in delivering better outcomes for UHGs customers and their clients. Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, medical provider clinics and hospitals. Grow external stakeholder relationships with GP practice management software companies and advocacy groups such as the RACGP and AMA. Meet with UHGs key customers to share industry insights, trends, opportunities for continuous improvement, and reporting on key performance (SLAs & provider cycle times/costs) metrics. Represent UHG at appropriate customer and industry related events / forums. Provide for a positive and engaging environment for your team of Case Officers to enable their success.
