Tasks & responsibilities
* Supporting existing office staff and the management team in day-to-day administrative activities.
* Administering aspects of human resources including payroll, onboarding new team members, managing social media accounts, coordinating company events and helping staff access relevant training as required.
* Preparation of reports, including financial performance reports, budgets, stakeholder updates, expenditure reports and due diligence reports.
* Co-ordinating procurement of product, communicating with managers on needs, sourcing quotes and placing orders.
* Assisting in all aspects of company health and safety including record keeping and the maintenance of OHS procedures.
* Personal assistance to the General Manager and Operations Manager, including calendar management and general administration.
On the job training will be provided for the successful applicant.
Qualifications & experience
* Experience in general administration demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
* Experience in working within the Microsoft Suite, in particular MS Excel.
* Work remotely from home. The successful applicant would be expected to travel to head office and other properties from time to time and attend company events.
* Option to work full time or part time hours for the right candidate.
