Role Overview
UMENCO is seeking an Ecommerce Manager for a premium, resortwear brand with a strong presence both in Australia and overseas. The successful talent will be joining a warm, inclusive and optimistic team and will thrive in a dynamic environment driven by creativity and opportunity.
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost online sales and improve customer engagement. The roles involves overseeing the daily operations of the online store, optimising product listings and analysing performance metrics to meet business goals. The successful talent will collaborate with marketing, merchandising and IT teams to deliver a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
The key responsibilities include crafting and implementing ecommerce strategies to drive revenue and market share, enhancing the online shopping experience, managing site functionality and product availability. They will also work on SEO optimisation, digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities to maximise traffic and conversions. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, along with 3-5 years of ecommerce management experience, preferably in fashion or retail. Strong analytics skills, project management abilities and a collaborative approach are essential.
