Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the website (AU & NZ), manage all onsite content and own the user experience, ensuring a smooth and effective performance.
You'll be responsible for optimising conversion, supporting customer journeys and ultimately, increasing key ecommerce metrics.We'd love you to apply if you're highly analytical and know how to use GA4, Shopify Plus, and other analytical tools like the back of your hand.
A background in Shopify development is required as this role requires a hands-on approach to both management and technical improvements.If you're passionate about driving digital growth and making a meaningful impact with a Melbourne-born B Corp, this is a fantastic opportunity to influence the success of an award-winning brand.More specifically:Web Merchandising & Content ManagementManage the end-to-end ecommerce operations, including website content and campaigns, onsite messaging and merchandising with a focus on driving revenue and trade.Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise on-site SEO, PPC, email marketing, and ensure the website is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.Work with customer support to address site-related issues and enhance the customer journey.Own and resolve any front-end operational issues of the websiteLead new website projects, features, functionalities, and updates, bringing development expertise where needed to improve the customer journey.Manage third-party apps and integrations, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure smooth website performance.Own site documentation, workflows and technical management processes (SOPs).Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to keep the website at the forefront of the industry.CRO & ReportingLead A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives to continually improve the user experience and maximise conversion rates with intuitive design and engaging content.
This includes owning the testing roadmap and set up, monitoring, analysis and presentation of results.Regularly conduct site maintenance and analyse website performance using Google Analytics, Shopify Plus, Hotjar and any other tools to identify trends and ensure all customer flows & conversion paths are optimised.Create dashboards and reports, highlighting KPIs such as sales, website engagement, and conversion rates for the AU & NZ websites.Here's what you look like:Ideally - highly analytical, results-driven, creative, customer-centric and tech-savvy3 years' experience in ecommerce, preferably with a focus on Shopify Plus and HTML/CSSStrong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, UX/UI, and online merchandisingExpert-level experience with CRO, preferably ConvertTechnical knowledge of Shopify, including theme customisation, liquid coding, and troubleshootingProficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platformsExcellent project management skills and multitasking skillsExperience working with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions across a number of channelsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approachFlexible work arrangements (hybrid in-office and WFH)Annual company-wide Rest and Recover dayTeam events (prev.
