Hybrid work environment - 3 days in office Max term contract until 06 January 2027 Showcase your IT Service Continuity experience Support and implement IT Service Continuity within the large portfolio of projects About the business/role/team Reporting to the Team Lead, Service Continuity, this role is to implement and document the IT Service Processes for each Technology project. The objective is to ensure technology services can be recovered in an automatic fashion and within the agreed recovery time objectives (RTO). About the role A s the Analyst of IT Service Continuity, you will oversee all aspects of service continuity including Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning (BCP) in projects. The role is to ensure all critical IT services recovery procedures are tested and documented in accordance with the IT service continuity framework and processes. About you You will have worked in a position of a similar capacity ideally within the financial services industry. Considerable knowledge and experience of Disaster Recovery process and BCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional CBCP certification or working towards). Excellence in stakeholder management and communications. Experience in providing technical support and participate in the disaster recovery process as well as the management of audits. Demonstrated experience working in an operational service delivery environment. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing service continuity capabilities to deliver operational stability and continuous improvement. Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively both IT, Business stakeholders and executives.
