Management (Community Services & Development)The position of Service Delivery Manager with EIH Care will provide operational leadership and management in the provision of all services, achieving inclusive outcomes for individuals and families accessing our disability services. The position is primarily responsible for the recruitment of new participants, procuring new properties, and building ongoing relationships within the NDIS sector while nurturing strong community ties.The ideal candidate will need to have a strong understanding of team goals while ensuring these goals serve the strategic vision of the organisation. They will be responsible for an individualised, professional participant intake and assessment experience for all new participants transitioning into our services.Main tasks of the role:Overall leadership and management of our participants to maximise community inclusion and personal autonomy for service users.Business Development in the ongoing recruitment and retention of participants.Sourcing new homes/properties for our participants.Lead behaviour support practice and implementation of plans at the properties.Supervising support staff and services to provide positive support to participants.Maintain and build relationships with existing participants and key referrers such as Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health Professionals.Responsibility for the participant onboarding process.Supporting participants, their families, and carers to understand and access the business’ services and policies.Being the ‘face’ of the business and building our company's brand awareness.Nurturing a network of connections across the disability and community care sector.Attendance at Expos, Forums, Open days, and Networking events to actively promote our services.About you:A natural leader; modelling a positive attitude, professional conduct, and an unwavering commitment to quality outcomes and service delivery for staff, individuals with a disability, and the community.Have an understanding of legislative, contractual, and internal policy and reporting requirements in the NDIS sector.Enjoy working with a high-performing group of colleagues and peers.Self-motivated, well-organised, and resourceful.
