Role Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site help desk support and troubleshoot IT issues.
2. Manage AD, Azure, M365 user activities and single sign-on systems.
3. Assist the Web Dev team if needed.
4. Implement IT changes and maintain a small team environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. 3-5 years of help desk experience.
2. AD, Azure, M365 support proficiency.
3. Familiarity with a single sign-on product like Okta.
4. Experience in similar industries (political, legal, finance).
Salary & Benefits:
1. Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
2. Annual bonus: Circa $3,000
