About The Team You will be joining a team of 20 at our Prairiewood site, a highly innovative, experienced, supportive, and social team who provides intervention in our numerous therapy rooms, as well as operating an organisation funded baby clinic to support children under 2 at risk of Cerebral Palsy.
As a therapist at CPA, the training, guidance, and support received is unmatched. Each therapist is supported by a clinical educator and manager and has the opportunity to explore a caseload filled with their interests and passions to further develop their knowledge, practice, and career.
We have a mixed caseload that ranges from infants through to 65+, providing our therapists with great variety as well as the opportunity to focus/specialise in smaller areas. Each caseload is varied and ranges in complexity. It can include goal-directed intervention, equipment and AT prescription, delivery and review, as well as community liaison and connection.

All CPA clinician salaries are matched to their clinical grading and have a tax-free threshold built into the remuneration package.
