The role
Located in Hurstville, NSW, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of a great team working in the commercial law space.
CCSG Legal is seeking a talented individual to join our vibrant team, with strong technical knowledge of commercial debt recoveries. Get ready to dive into a range of engaging tasks and gain hands-on experience.
As a Graduate Solicitor, you will support the legal team by handling volume claims, routine litigation, legal research, and client guidance on collections and credit management.
We work on a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) for a full-time employee.
Responsibilities
Here's an example of your day to day: Timely actioning of files and keeping to-do-list up to date; Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; Preparing court documents and other associated documentation; Conducting title searches, company searches, and bankruptcy searches; Reviewing files on instructions from clients and ensuring accuracy; Lodging and removing caveats; Facilitating payment arrangements as required; Providing effective advice and guidance to clients on recovery of accounts; Seeking instructions from clients on files; Providing reports and updates to clients as required. Requirements
