This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and passionate professional to oversee operations, uphold service standards, and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy workplace.We're looking for someone with great energy and enthusiasm to really inspire and coach our team, with the skills and expertise to deliver excellent customer service, organizational skills, driving sales using a proactive approach and business acumen to ensure the continued success of the LPO with the ability to prioritize tasks and keeping up with the fast-paced environment.Location: Shepparton, VICResponsibilitiesYou understand the regulatory environment in which LPOs operate, and a desire to remain always updated as regulations and other governing legislation changes.Lead and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and ongoing performance managementDrive store profitability by achieving sales targets and implementing effective cost control measuresEnsure exceptional customer service standards and maintain a welcoming retail environmentManage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationshipsOversee store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulationsContribute to product innovation and menu development based on market trends and customer feedbackMaintain accurate financial records and prepare regular performance reportsEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety regulationsAs required provide management input into a another LPO in the same regionWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3, preferably more, years' experience in the LPO or closely associated markets Possession of a highly relevant Diploma (or agreed substitute)Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skillsCommercial acumen with a focus on driving sales and profitabilityOutstanding customer service orientationDemonstrated knowledge of the LPO and associated product spaceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours including weekendsUnrestricted driving license You must have unrestricted full time working rights in AustraliaInterested?
