Frasers Property Australia is seeking a proactive and driven Centre Manager to join our Retail team in Melbourne, VIC. This is an exciting opportunity to launch a brand-new neighbourhood centre in Melbourne’s west, Mambourin Marketplace, set to open in September 2025. You will also lead the day-to-day management of Burwood Brickworks—an established retail centre in Melbourne’s east. Reporting to the National Retail Asset Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the success of these centres by fostering strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail tenants, customers, adjacent residents, and key stakeholders to create a thriving retail environment. Enhancing customer experience by analysing feedback and implementing improvements. Managing financial performance – preparing monthly NOI forecasts, 10-year capital replacement forecasts, and annual budgets, while overseeing arrears and revenue reconciliation. Lease administration – ensuring compliance with audits, insurance, bank guarantees, and due diligence registers. Asset performance reporting – delivering monthly reports on operational matters, leasing, and CAPEX projects. Managing site operations – conducting regular inspections, implementing policies, and ensuring smooth service contract execution. Managing leasing strategies – formulating budgets, coordinating inspections, and supervising tenancy delivery. Ensuring compliance with Frasers Property Australia’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies. What You’ll Bring Experience in a Centre Manager or Retail Manager role. Strong financial acumen, with skills in budgeting and accounting. A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A passion for retail and a commitment to supporting tenant success. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong reporting capabilities. Why Join Us?
