Job Title: IT Analyst
About the Role
As an IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, applications, and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely technical support to staff across Sydney and Melbourne.
* Support IT projects driven by Head Office (Europe) and regional teams.
* Manage telephony, video conferencing, and market data systems.
* Ensure IT security compliance and maintain up-to-date operational risk measures.
* Collaborate with internal departments, global IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
* Follow up on IT audit recommendations and maintain SLAs for outsourcing activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure services, or similar roles, preferably in financial services.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of IT service management workflows.
* Familiarity with systems like Cisco IPT, Microsoft Active Directory, HyperV, and M365.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Knowledge of financing activities and loan documentation is a plus.
