Job Description AECOM are looking for Senior/Principal Civil Engineer with experience in renewable projects. What will a day in this role look like: - Providing technical design and people leadership on multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering design consultancy services across a range civil infrastructure projects, including in the growing renewable energy sector. - Being proactive to deliver high-quality and timely outputs that meet client expectations - Contributing to our high-performing, engaged and supportive team culture - Mentoring and supporting colleagues to foster learning and knowledge sharing within the team Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. What are we looking for from you? - Minimum of 8 years extensive Civil engineering, design and consulting experience, including on renewable Civil Infrastructure projects such as wind, battery and solar farms. - A commitment to quality and a strong understanding of civil engineering and design, including an ability to originate designs and or check the work of others. - Design team leadership and project management experience, including an ability to effectively manage people, tasks, budgets and schedules. - An ability to positive influence others, including across our multi-disciplinary design team, and our client and stakeholder representatives. - Experience and a willingness to support Business Development, including development of tenders and proposals.
