The Role We are seeking a Senior Sales Administrator to join this high-performing team in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide.
This key role will provide essential administrative and marketing support, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to an exceptional client experience.
The Senior Sales Administrator will work closely with two of best sales consultants in the state.
Duties and Responsibilities Oversee property listings from start to finish, attending open inspections and auctions when required.
Prepare and manage all legal documentation related to residential property sales.
Coordinate diary management, vendor and purchaser communications, and project management throughout the sales process.
Develop and execute marketing content, including property descriptions, brochures, ads, and digital campaigns, with an understanding of social media and online marketing.
Meet deadlines and manage checklists to ensure all aspects of the sales process are handled thoroughly and on time.
Assist in lead generation, client follow-up, and supporting potential buyers when needed.
Maintain and update an extensive client database.
Provide administrative support by managing diaries, preparing property appraisals, conducting research, and attending meetings, such as building inspections and property show-throughs.
Skills and Experience Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role, ideally in real estate.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Proficient in CRM systems and marketing tools, with a solid understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
A Certificate IV in Property will be looked upon favourably.
