About the role

1. This role will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administration support within the North West Cancer Centre including, but not limited to consistent, high quality customer service as a person of first contact by phone, email and personal contact with clients.
2. The role encompasses all aspects of outpatient clinic administration, including medical records management, accurate appointment scheduling, facilitating patients attending clinics in person and via Virtual Care, and processing Medicare billing.
3. You will work within a team of experienced administrators who will provide on the job training on commencement and ongoing support. Your Administration Team Leader will work with you to develop a training plan on commencement and support you with operational and procedural information to enable your success in the role.

Acceptable proof of COVID-19 vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement (IHS), or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate, or AIR COVID-19 and Influenza IHS. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
