Job Title: Customer Banking Specialist Relief
Location: Geelong West Branch
About the Role
As a Customer Banking Specialist Relief based out of our Geelong West Branch, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth conversations with customers to understand their overall banking needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice.
* Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
* Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
* Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking services.
* Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.
