You’ll be assisting with the preparation and delivery of tactical projects, ensuring they run smoothly on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing and managing creative projects from initial briefing through to deliveryPreparing project comms, contact reports, overseeing creative and artwork rollout, preparing and managing timelines, cost estimates and invoices, photography pre-production documents, attending photography shoots, production and task briefs right through to deliveryIdentifying key meeting actions and following them throughSupporting and leading agency administration tasksDemonstrating enthusiasm to learn and understand your clients’ brands and industriesAnticipating your clients’ needs, delivering best in class service and responsivenessQualifications / ExperienceMinimum of 5 year’s prior account management experience within marketing and/or creative services environment.Understanding of effective creative design practices, trends, techniques and process across one or more touch-points or mediums (e.g. in-store, digital, mobile, packaging, print, direct)Strong attention to detailReliable and resourcefulEnthusiastic and positive attitudeSolution focussedMulti-taskerThis is an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, driven Account Director that is ready to work in a fast paced, collaborative, fun agency!If you have the skills and experience, I'd love to hear from you.
