* Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including tendering, preparation, execution, variations, and close-out.
* Manage disputes and claims while identifying and addressing commercial risks and opportunities.
* Lead contract negotiation while liaising internally with the different stakeholders.
* Provide strategic commercial guidance on pricing, cost optimization, and budget management.
* Conduct contract risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
* Ensure compliance with contracts, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
* Lead and mentor a small team in Marketing, Pricing, and Customer Service, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging collaboration.
You
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Previous experience in a Senior Commercial Management role within the mining or manufacturing industries desirable.
* Strong knowledge on contract law, legal regulations and industry standards.
* Experience in developing and managing localised marketing strategies and content.
* Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
* Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
