The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for overseeing TMCA wide Excellence Programs, coordinating the President's Award reporting, Dealer Performance Requirement Reporting and collating all required reports. It also involves coordinating the Business Improvement Forums. The role is part of the Field Operations Division, which oversees both regional offices and Franchise Development, pivotal in building a sustainable dealer network. Regional Offices are responsible for driving performance and focusing on new and pre-owned vehicle sales, fleet management, and customer retention initiatives. Franchise Development strategically enhances dealer operations and profitability by building capability, expanding capacity, and implementing market representation strategies. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at Port Melbourne. How you'll make an impact Coordinate Excellence Award Programs: Work with stakeholders to maintain all Excellence Award programs across TMCA and compile the annual booklet. President's Award Coordination: Manage the monthly scorecard preparation and distribution, appeals process, and end-of-year finalization of winners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. Liaise with senior executive management. Business Improvement Forum: Coordinate meetings and act as a liaison with agency. Executive Management Committee (EMC) Reports: Collate information for monthly EMC reports and provide other administrative support for Field Operations. Dealer Performance Requirements: Review and deploy Dealer Performance Requirements reports and support the amnesty approval process.
